As per the letter from University Grant Commission letter F.1-7/2011(SCT) dated 26th June, 2019 has informed that the University may constitute a committee to look into the discriminating complaints received from the SC’s/ST’s/OBC’s Students/Teachers/Non-Teaching Staff.

Written complaints of caste based discrimination by SC’s/ST’s/OBC’s Students/Teachers/Non-Teaching Staff of the Shri Mulikadevi Mahavidyalaya Nighoj only, should be submitted to the Head of Department, Shri Mulikadevi Mahavidyalaya Nighoj. The Head of Department should make efforts to resolve the grievance at his level and action taken report should be submitted to the Chairman, Prevention of Caste based discrimination in Shri Mulikadevi Mahavidyalaya Nighoj.

In case the grievance is not resolved at the level of Head of Department, the same should be forwarded to committee for prevention of caste based discrimination in Shri Mulikadevi Mahavidyalaya Nighoj along with the action taken report of Head of Department.

The following Committee is constituted to look into the complaints.
