Feedback Policy
The feedback from stakeholders is necessary to improve the quality of education. Shri Mulikadevi Mahavidaylaya, Nighoj conducted surveys for the stakeholders of the institute to seek feedback on curriculum, teaching and learning, infrastructure and administrative staff. The process of obtaining the feedback will result in the involvement of relevant stakeholders in improving the content of syllabus, teaching and learning and infrastructure facilities of the institute. The committee of the college is responsible for design and administration of feedback survey. There are 13 academic departments in the college and the IQAC decided to choose minimum 5 students from each department.
Objective:
- Enhancing the student’s experience of learning and teaching.
- Contributing to monitoring and review of quality and standards.
- Helping students reflect upon their experiences.
- Measuring student satisfaction.
- Contributing to staff development.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of course design and delivery.
Procedure:
Feedback on curriculum from students, teachers, employers and alumni is collected on college website from each department for each program offered by the institute and the report is submitted to IQAC after every year.
